What are your working hours?
We are open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week working in different shifts to serve different time zones with all our best efforts. You can get assistance in all our services at any time without fail.
Will my project will be kept confidential?
We assure our clients confidentiality from our side. You need to be rest assured where secrecy and quality of the project are concerned.
How many languages you translate?
Currently we translate over 120 different languages with the help of our huge team of in-house and freelance linguistics.
Is there a minimum charge for translating small documents?
We do have a minimum charge for small documents which adds up to $55 without DHL/UPS mailing and $80 with DHL/UPS mailing
Do you offer sample translations?
We do provide samples of our quality translation services in case of large projects.
How long will my translation take?
The duration taken to complete depends upon the volume and complexity of the project submitted. On request of a quote you will receive the time frame required to complete you project along with the pricing.
Does you company provide rush services?

Translations done are executed by human translators or by a machine?
All our translations are done by human translators holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in their field of work plus a minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Does your Company provide Certified Translations?
Yes, we do provide certified translations on request as they are not required at all times. Certification of a translated document involves submission of an affidavit of accuracy stating that the translator is fluent in both (source and target language) and is competent in translating the source language in the target language accurately.
I had a document translated by someone else. Can you check the accuracy of the translation provided?
